letter between the City of St. Joseph and KDV for the years 2014-2016.
b. School District Agreement—Requested Action: Authorize execution of a
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of St. Joseph and ISD 742
memorializing the requirement for release of the building permit for the
expansion of Kennedy.
c. Exempt Employee Compensation: Requested Action: Establish the general
wage increase and insurance benefits for exempt employees the same as
established for LELS and AFSCME.
