State Statutes and EDA By-Laws require the EDA to conduct an annual meeting. As a part
Councilors of this meeting an election of EDA officers is scheduled.

Bob Loso EDA Board appointments for 2014 were as follows:
Renee Symanietz Dale Wick(term commensurate with elected office)—Council representative
Dale Wick Doug Danielson (term expires 2018)—at large representative
Larry Hosch(term expires 2017)—at large representative
EDA Gary Osberg(term expires 2019)—at large representative
Doug Danielson Rick Schultz(term commensurate with elected office)—Council representatives
