Renee Symanietz
Dale Wick
• Alley/Parking improvement— 100 Block W Minnesota. Feasibility study is underway by
the City Engineer. The property owners abutting the alleys have indicated they would
EDA like to meet to review the feasibility report when completed.
Doug Danielson
Steve Frank • Marketing map update—Joel Vogel with Rengel Printing if finalizing artwork. The EDA
Larry Hosch can expect a mock up within the next month or so.
Gary Osberg
Dale Wick • Bayou Blues/Alley Flats project stakeholders are continuing to seek a lease agreements
and a lead lender.
• Working with a few downtown business owners on smaller fix-up type projects.
• Information was prepared and distributed project solicitor seeking call center space.
