#001018-001027 and Accounts Payables EFT#001677-001681
Rick Schultz c. Treasurer Report—Requested Action:Accept the 4th Quarter Treasurer Report and
Transfer request as presented.
Councilors d. Application for Payment—Requested Action:Authorize execution of the final application
(#3)for the 2013 Street Improvements and payment to Knife River, in the amount of
Matt Killam $17,581.78
Bob Loso e. Application for Payment—Requested Action:Authorize execution of application#6 and
Renee Symanietz change order#2 for the 2014 Main Pump Station Improvements and payment to
Dale Wick Geislinger&Sons Inc, in the amount of$37,434.63.
f. Grant Acceptance—Requested Action:Accept the grant from the Office of Traffic and
Safety to replace the squad computers with an approximate award of$ 7,500.
g. TIF Hearing: Requested Action: Accept the Preliminary TIF Application for the Central
MN Credit Union and set the public hearing for March 2, 2015.
h. Engineering Agreement: Requested Action:Authorize an agreement for services with
SEH to update the MS4 General Permit and SWPPP to meet new guidelines at an
estimated cost not to exceed$ 13,500.
Squad Car: Requested Action:Authorize execution of the Lease Agreement with the
State of MN for a 2015 Chev Tahoe and purchase of equipment not to exceed $ 11,000.
