AGENDA ITEM: I Am Responding program
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Back in February of 2014, the Fire Board discussed the I Am Responding
program and how it would help firefighters in knowing who is responding and who is not, and decided
we should try the 60 day free trial. We finally got this up and running and are at the end of the free trial
period. The department sees this as a great tool and would like to continue to use it. There are three
choices to choose from.
• One Year Subscription = $800.00/yr
• Three Year Subscription = $ 725.00/yr
• Five Year Subscription = $ 650.00/yr
• There is also a one time set up fee of $50.00
What it needs to run is a computer, which we have from the city and at least 1 monitor. We would like
to purchase two. One for in our dispatch room and one for in the truck bay area.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: Yes. 1,3, or 5 year subscription and at least one monitor, if not two.

REQUESTED ACTION: Fire Board approve the subscription to I Am Responding and the Monitor(s)
