Dale Wick BACKGROUND
EDA As you are aware the TIF hearing for the Central Minnesota Credit Union project is on Monday,
March 16, 2015. The EDA and City Council have historically met in joint session to process the
Doug Danielson final TIF request.

Gary Osberg In addition, our meeting schedule illustrates the March meeting on the 3rd Wednesday(i.e.
Rick Schultz March 18th)and not the fourth Wednesday(i.e. March 25th).

Discussion regarding holding two meetings(Monday, Wednesday)that week or two meetings in
one day(i.e. Monday at 5 p.m.—regular meeting; Monday at 6 p.m.—joint meeting) is kindly
requested.
In addition a MOTION calling for a special meeting with the City Council on Monday, March 16th
is in order.
ACTION
Motions are needed to call special meetings for:
1. Monday, November 10th at 6 p.m.
2. Wednesday, November 12th at 4 p.m.
