Bob Loso Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:

Dale Wick • Alley/Parking improvement- 100 Block W Minnesota. The City Engineer has developed
EDA three options for refurbishment of the alley.They are based on low, medium, and higher

expensive. The City Engineer is completing the feasibility study.When complete we will

meet with impacted property owners.
Rick Schultz • Marketing map update—Joel Vogel with Rengel Printing is on the third edit. The EDA

• Bayou Blues/Alley Flats project stakeholders are continuing to seek a lease agreements
and a lead lender.
• I have two BFA grant application requests pending.
• I have one RLF application pending.
