Bob Loso Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
Renee Symanietz
Dale Wick • Alley/Parking improvement— 100 Block W Minnesota. Feasibility study due back in a
EDA few weeks. I anticipate a meeting with property owners adjacent to the alley in April.
Doug Danielson
• Marketing map update—completed and being printed.
Larry Hosch
Gary Osberg
Rick Schultz • I have one additional BFA grant application request pending.
Dale Wick
• Small Cities Development Program (SCDP)grant is continuing to be disbursed. At this
time just over$250,000 remains available for home owner occupied residential
rehabilitation in the identified area.
• After years of planning, a building permit is about to be let for an entertainment venue at
Scenic Specialties(Randy Schmitz)—County Road 133.
• I will be in the office on Monday, March 23rd and not Wednesday, March 25th
