1. Call to Order 6:00
2.Approval of the Agenda Approved.
3.Approval of the Minutes: A correction was made regarding taxable land
4. Liaison Reports

Shelter Rentals are winding up for the season.
b. Bob Loso council Liaison
No new issues to report
5. Old Business
a. Trail Signage:Terry is waiting to hear from the Eagle Scout who expressed
interest.
b. Tax Forfeited Land Recommendation:Tabled.
c. Klinefelter Project:Judy is still waiting for numbers.

7. New Business
a. Wobegon Trail Information and Discussion (Pete Theismann, Stearns County)
Pete described a proposed project for expanding the Wobegon Trail from Saint Joseph to Waite
Park by June of 2016. The project would be a 3.2 mile stretch including 10' wide paved trail, a 6'
chain link fence that would be appropriate for bike, pedestrian, snowmobile and in-line skate
use. He asked if the City would consider financially helping support this. A timeline for a
commitment is sometime next year. This item will be on the agenda of our next meeting.
b. Beginning Plans for East and West Parks
In order to sketch out a process, we need to re-visit our existing comprehensive plan. We
want to have public input.John proposed writing a piece in the Newsleader informing the
public of the possible uses of this park land and the advantage of the extension of the sales tax
$$$•
c. Other New Business
John wants us to continue the discussion of a "Regional Park".
Judy suggested updating our Park Plan.
