Following are updates on Business Development Projects over the past month:
Renee Symanietz
Dale Wick
Alley/Parking improvement –100 Block W Minnesota. Feasibility study is complete.I
will be meeting with City Administrator and Engineer re: the study next week.

TIF 2-3 (Bayou) and TIF 3-1 (CMCU) to be certified with the County by June 1

Sliced on College Ave project is underway. EDA assisted with BFA and loan from the

We anticipate an initial meeting with distribution project representatives in June. The

Council approved distribution of the environment assessment worksheet at its May 18
meeting.
Business visits with Sean Skahen at Sunset and Joe Leach at Bliss Direct conducted
th. Good discussion. Two more are ready to meet in June pending EDA
on May 20
Member’s availability.
Follow up continues on several projects.
2016 budget process to be initiated in June.
