424 Construction Fund, Northland Five TO 324 Bond Fund, Northland Five
Requested Action: Transfer remaining funds in 424 to the Bond Fund effective December 31,2003.
Reason: The project has been completed and be closed out.
308 Bond Fund, East Baker Street TO 332 Crossover Street Bond Fund
312 Bond Fund, West Minnesota Street TO 332 Crossover Street Bond Fund
315 Bond Fund, East Minnesota Street TO 332 Crossover Street Bond Fund
Requested Action: Transfer fund balances of308, 312, 315 to the new bond fund 332, effective December
31, 2003.
Reason: The City refinanced existing bond issues for cost saving reasons.
501 Trunk Utility Fund TO 330 Sewer Capacity Bond Fund
Requested Action: Transfer $ 124,800 from the Trunk Utility Fund to 330 Sewer Capacity Bond Fund,
effective December 31,2003.
Reason: The Council agreed that a levy would not be used to pay for the additional capacity and
it would be funded though Hookup fees. Therefore, annually the City must transfer the
. amount equal to the revenue projections in the bond documents. Since this amount was
not transferred in 2002, the transfer at this time reflects 2002 and 2003.
