',1{ILLAGE of' ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
/ Mr. Othmar Dierkhising's variance which the commission voted on and
approved was sent to the Village Council. Because the council did not as
yet. a-ct on the variance' 'and the build~rproceeded to ,,,ork as though full
approval was given, the council told~he builder to stop all work until
th~. ¡natter was cl~a,rßd.,
A date was s~t'fo~'APril 21, 1969 to have a public hearing in which
the Krebsbach~tor Company will ask for the re-zoning of lots eight and
nine of blockcèleven of the Village of St. Joseph, from residential to
commercial. TheKrebsbach Motor Company is planning to purchase the said
property and one other lot of this property is already zoned commercial.
Discussion of obtaining an up to date set of records and laws for
eachp;o.e.sent ,.Jµ~mbE!X:, of. the commission was highly recommended. Mr.

still had their recòrds.
