JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING (PUBLIC HEARING) The following commission members were present: Mrs. Robert Kelly (Obr.), Mr. Al Valeska, Mr. Ben Kremer, Mr. Ollie Lesnick, Mr. Claude Menzhuber, Mr. Rudy Gapko ( acting temp. sec.), and Roman Reber (council rep.) ¥J.1's. Kelly informed all persons present vrby the public hearing ,.,as called at this special meeting today. After proper action was t~~en to ~~ve the hearing published in the St. Cloud Da.ily Times for the proper said time, the commission discussed the information given by Mrs. Kelly, Mr. Tom Krebsbach, and Mr. Joe Prom concerning the re-zoning of lots eight and nine of block eleven of the Village of St. Joseph. Mr. Menzhuber moved that lots eight and nine should be re-zoned to commercial in conformance with ORDINANCE NUMBER 59. Seconded by Mr. Gapko. The vote was unanimously in favor of re-zoning the said property. Moved by Mr. Kremer and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Next meeting MONDAY, MAY 5, 1969. By acting temp. sec. R. A.
