VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH, PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING.
The following commission members were present: Mrs. Margaret Kelly (Chr.),
Mr. Ben Kremer, Mr. AI Maleska, Mr. Rudy Gapko, Mr. Ollie Lesnick (sec.)
and Mr. Roma n Reber (Cou nci I Rep.)
Mi nutes from the meeti ng of May 27, were approved as read.
Mr. and Mrs. Mike Ives presented a plan of their 150 unit trailer court, on
a thirty acre site recently annexed to the village.
Mr. Ives pointed out that his trailer court would be a delux court, well planned
with large 5000 square foot lots, ample playgrounds and a buffer between the
residential homes..
Mr. Ben Kremer made the motion to refer the plans to the counci I to study.
Motion carried.
Moved by Rudy Gapko and seconded that the meeting adjourn.
