1) Mohs 2nd addition; request from County Planning Director in letter
of 1/30/13 for review of proposed plait. Moved by B. Kremer and
carried unanimously to recommend approval to county.
2) Informal discussion of Dierkhising plans to build Dairy Queen at
HW 52 and College Ave. Advised that this was matter for the Village
Council.
3c) Person~:'suggested to fill vacancy on PC: Ron Klein, Ken Hiemanx, Greg Felt
4) Discussion of revised street layout for Hollow Park Add.: Mr. Klein
had revised plan submitted by PC consultant. Moved by B. Kremer and
carried unanimously that Mr. Klein prepare preliminary plat 1nEI¡filDi~
with street layout as submitted in revised plan.
