I VILLAGE OF ST. JCSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

l)Informal discussion of Rebische~nÐr Enterprise~ plans to build apt.
next to village playgDound and park. ~ Advised that existing plans
would require two variances;, one to build 6 p]ex in R 2 and one
because lot size was 2,250 sq.ft. short of the legal requirement.
Further advised to approach Council about vaca,ting Ohio Ave. and
purchase of additional land from Village, before PC would consider
variance request.
