VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISS ION MEETING
In attendance: M. Kelly, B .Kremer, R.Gapko, At. MaleskaJ, J. Redmond,
R. Reber, Council rep. G. Felt
J.) R. Reber reported on Rebische discussions with Council.
2) Attached letters to Mr. Felt and Mr. Rothfork read
3) Informal discussion of Mr. Gohman's plans .tior apt. in o}.d creamery.
Considerably short of lot area requirement. Advised to try and
purchase additional land from adjoining lots before submitting
plan to PC.
4) M. Kelly reported on discussion with County Commissioner Gambrino.
He was personally to busy to meet with PC but suggested that we
contact Mr. Hopke for discussion on impact of I 94 on village.
5) Hollow Park: Mr.. Klein submitted preliminary plaet. B. Kremer moved
to approve. Carried unan:iÅÍmously.
6) Election of Officera: Chairman: B. Kremer unopposed
Vice-chairman: G. Felt unopposed
Secretary: John Redmond unopposed
7) R. Reber reported that council had approved stipend of $5.00 per
meeting for members of the PC effective as of ~11~1
March 5th meeting.
