VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISS ION MEETING
In attendance: B.Kremer, G. Felt, M. Kelly, R. Gapko, k. Maleska
J. Redmond, R. Reber, council rep.
l)Extensive discussion with County Planner Ken Hopke about impact of
I 94 and related matters. Anticipated continued growth in and
around village, esp. to the north. Predicted that traffic on HW 5æ
would not diminish much after completion of I 94.
2)Informal discussion with Mr. Gohman about apt. in creamery. He would
like to have his property rezoned R-$ to allow 14 unit apt. Existing
lot size is 26,136. Needs amendment to Zoning Regulation since we
currently do not have R5. Moved by Redmond and approved unanimously
that Chair appoint committee to study R5 zoning in 1St. Cloud and
report back by next regular meeting. Corom. to consist of M. Kelly,
A. Maleska, J. Redmond.
