The regular meeting of the~. Joseph,Minnesota Planning Oommission was held
at the Oity Hall on Mondsy, June ;, 1974, at 71~P.M. with Bernard Kremers,
Chairman, presiding.

Minutes of the Mey 6, 1974 meeting of the st. Joseph Planning Commission,
were a proved as read.
Mr. Klein planned to erect a building 52 feet by 72 feet on a lot 5~ ft bj
14; ft with a parking area of 50 ft by 70 ft a d he wanted to know whether
or not he would need a variance f o.rear lot requiraellts.
Mr. Reber wae to check with the Council to determine whether he did or not.
H~o uyrens reported that a dentist wa~ interested in comming into the communi-
ty and wae loQking for lots in the community.
Mr. Gapko moved ad journØl.ent. Seconded and carried.
