November 11, 1974
A special meeting of the St. Joseph,Minnesota Planning ~ommission was called on
lvlondey, November 11,1974 gt 7:30P.M., in the Oity Hall 'for the purpose of review-
ing specifications for sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water extensions for Hollow
Park development in St. Joseph,Minnesota , with Bernard Kremer, Õhairman, presiding.

Present were: Commission Members
Mrs. Robert W. Kelly, Bernard Kremer and Alois Maleska.
City Engineer, Joseph Bettendorf.
The City Engineer reviewed the special provisions in the specifications, pagesl-9
in detail , and advised the CommissioL that the remaining provisions were standard
for all projects.
Following discussion of the treatment of easement land, the engineer agreed to make
a note to the effect that at least six inches of black dirt and sod be placed over
all easement areas.
There being no quorum present~ no formal action could be taken but those present
agreed that the specifications were satisfactory.
Mr. Maleska moved adjournment. SecQnded and carried.
