ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
April 3, 1978
Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m.
Members Present: Ben Kremer (Chairman), Mrs. Margaret Kelly, Mrs. Marlene
Schroeder, Mrs. Marlene Klett, Virgil Lodermeier, Ron Klein,
City Council Representative Mike Husen.
Minutes of March 6, 1978 meeting were approved.
Discussion of Mr. Chapman's letter of March 28 regarding the meeting with him
on the 6th of March, 1978.
After discussion and meeting with planner, Marlene Schroeder made the motion
we again recommend that a R-4 Residence District be established. This recom-
mendation was made to the City Council by the Planning Commission on the Feb-
ruary 6, 1978 meeting. Motion seconded by Mrs. Kelly. Motion carried unani-
mously.
Discussion indicated that the Planning Commission feels the requirements in the
R-4 District should include one (1) unit for each 2,500 square feet of lot area
and a maximum of 24 units.
Motion to adjourn at 9:05 p.m. by Marlene Schroeder seconded by Mrs. Kelly.
