Meeting called to order at 8:00
Minutes of last meeting read and approved
Marlene Klett nominated Jim Wensel as secretary, seconded by
Hub Klein Motion carried unanimously
Discu&sion of option Al-R 4 ~oning, Planning crommission members
as a group disapproved of Ai, reasoning was Ai was not strict enought
Planning commssion deceided to drop optionAl.

land areas of the entire project must be submitted for approval to .
the City Planning Commission which shall consider the plan.

Afinal plot plan showing the building or buildings, and surrounding
land areas of the entire project must be submitted for apµroval to the
City Planning Commission which shall consider the plan and make its
recommendations to the city council which shall have the power to
approve or disapprove the plan. Afinal set of building plans and
specifications,sewerage disposal, and watersupply plans must accompany
the plot pl~n..Additional area and design requirements may be insposed
so as to best serve the general welfare and benefit of the entire city.

No accessory building shall be Œonstructed upon a lot until the
construetion .of the main building has been actually commenced. and no
accessory building shall be used for dwelling purposes.
Mrs. M. Kelly moves tgat the St. Joseph Planning Commission recommends
to the St. Joseph City Council that t;¡ey except the R 4 Zonning District
as ammended.
