Visitors: Wynn Summe r, APO, Joseph Bettendorf City Engineer, Herman Schneider C.ity Council Member, Ray Brandenburger St. Joseph Park Board, Jim Landwehr, Don Landwehr Landmark Real Estate, Mildred Reisiger St. Joseph, Meeting Called to oràer at 7:40pm The first item was presented by Jim & Don Landwehr concerning the mill stream addition, Landwehr's presented proposals for both sewer and water for the new addition. Sanitary sewer plate 3 Scheme I, and water Scheme A Plate I from North was recom~ened by the city engineer. Virgil Lodermier made the motion that the City Council accepts the water Scheme A Plate I and the sanitary sewer Plate 3 Scheme I for Mill Stream Addition as recommened by the st. Joseph City Engineer Joseph Bettendorf, and City Water Cow~issioner Herman Schnieder. Motion Seconded by Jim Wensel, Motion carried, all voted in favor. Discussion followed concerning the name of the Mill stream Addition. Ray Brandenburger spoke against using the name because it isn't located right next to the mill stream park. Mr. Wm. Lorenz spoke in favor of keeping the name, along with Jim Land~.¡ehr. Second item for the meeting was the " Section 8 It housing for Clover- dale addition. Jim Landwehr presented preliminary site sutdy drawings show ing the buildings and lots for tOvm houses on Lots 1- 2- 3- Bl. 8 Cloverdale Estates. Preliminary drewings show 36 units. All units have 2 or 3 bedrooms. Landwehr's were told the next step WaS to have the City building inspector ok the drawings. The dravTings show that lot 2 block 8 is short by 196 feet from meeting the building ordinanciijs. 199.5 feet from Lot 1 will be ploted to be with lot 2, with that all requirements will be meet. All members present voiced approval to have Landwehr's go to the city building inspector. Discussion of the comprehensive plan with Wynn Summer of the APO wwas next. The second half of the comprehensive plan was re read and coreections øf wording and organization was done. Mike Husen suggested that the city Attorney be invited to the next meeting to go over the legal points of the plan. The next meeting is scheduled for 6-18-79.
