Minutes of Planning Commission, St. Joseph
Feb. 18, 1980
Members present: Ben Kremer, Tom Nahan, Art Budde, Hub Klein, Phil Durkee,
S. Kathleen Kalinowski (Convent laison).
Visitors: Jerry Cyphers, Hugo Weyrens, Steve Dehler, Tom Javonovich
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
Tom Javonovich introduced the draft of the new zoning ordinance. He
reviewed the sections of the ordinance and asked for a careful perusal. He
asked commission members to consider particularly the non-conforming use
regulations and regulations for PUD's.
Zoning designations were raised--in particular, whether to have R-l, R-2,
R-3 categories and what would constitute each category.
Next meeting was scheduled for March 3.
