Jim and Don Landwehr and Terry Schmidt presented preliminary plans
for construction of Cloverdale Estates, 2nd Addition, Townhouses.
They call for constructing 5 buildings with 4 units each on 4 lots,
which will necessitate the overriding of existing lot lines and
placing the buildings as close as side-yard spacings permit. The
units will be individually owned, but the back yard will be a
commons area. The units will each have a single garage. The area
is not yet officially rezoned from R-1 to R-3. Hub Klein moved
to recommend to the City Council that a Public Hearing be scheduled
to rezone Cloverdale Estates, 2nd Addition as follows:
Blocks 1,2,5,6,7 be rezoned as R-2.
Blocks 3,4,8 be rezoned as R-3.
