Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
April 21, 1980
Members present: Ben Kremer, Tom Nahan, S. Kathleen Kalinowski,
Phil Durkee

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
A review of new ordinances continued, starting with Ordinance 13
(General Requirements), sections dealing with accessory buildings,
fencing, building and lot restrictions, height and yard exceptions,
general performance standards, performance and nuissance standards.
Then the draft of Ordinance 14 (Zoning district boundaries and general
district provisions) was reviewed. This included sections on estab-
lishment of districts, map, zoning district boundaries, annexed land,
streets and alleys, uses not provided for within zoning districts.
Review of Ordinance 15 (agricultural district) was started before
adjournment.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 p.m.
