Kalinowski, Tom Nahan, Hub Klein

Meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m.

building permit could be issued. Motion was seconded and passed.
Tom moved to accept minutes from Planning Commission meetings in
October, November, December, January. Motion was seconded and passed.
New Planning Commission officers for 1981 were elected. They are
Ben Kremer, chairperson; Tom Nahan, vice-chairperson; Phil Durkee,
secretary.
Discussion turned to the zoning areas on a new city map. Colors

R-2 - yellow
R-3 - orange
Commercial - red
Industrial - pink
