Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
April 6, 1981

Visitors: Tom Javanovich, Joe Bettendorf
Meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
John Forsythe presented plans for a delicatessen in the old post
office building and asked if he needed any sort of approval from
the Planning Commission. No action by the Commission was necessary.
Joe Bettendorf showed diagrams of sample PUD developments under the
land use specifications in the drafted ordinance. After discussion
the consensus was to delete commercial land use, thus allowing only
PURD's, and to reduce the percentage of land use for multiple dwel-
liIDgS to about one-half of the previous specifications.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
