_ 4. Bill Gohman requested a variance of five feet from the alley to
remodel his hom~; ten feet is the present requirement. The projected
use of the building is being changed from a storage shed to residential.

RESOLUTION: The land would need to be platted to conform to the
ordinance; 10,000 feet are needed. Ben Kramer will so inform
Bill Gohman.
