Renee Symanietz As you may recall in April of this year the EDA approved a BFA grant application submitted by
Dale wiok Jeff and Stacie Engholm, d.b.a. Prego Properties.The project is appiicable to the property at 27
Minnesota Street West. The project involves severai fa�ade enhancements and upgrades.
EDA Project cost estimate was$38,000. The EDA approved a BFA matching grant of up to$1,000.

Larry Hosch Receipt of paid invoices is pending at this time but anticipated prior to the June meeting.
