HINUTES OF THE ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COHHISSION
December 7, 1981
Hembers Present: Ben Kramer, Art Budde, Hub Klein, Tom Nahan,
and Sister Kathleen Kalinowski.
Guests: Mike Husen
The meeting time was .spent color-coding an official map of the
City of St. Joseph according to the Comprehensive Plan and
Zoning Ordinance.
On the original plat block 7, lots 4, 5, 6, lO, ll, and 12 are
now zoned R 3; blocks 3 and 4, lots 1-6 of each block are really
quasi-public with present O\.¡nership hy the Co llegl> pr Convent of
St. Benedict.

The recommendation is to change the time for continuance of a
non-conforming use to 30 years (rather than 5) rOI.- .iunkyards.
The meeting adjourned at 9:50. The next meeting will be held
on January 4, 1982.
