City of St. Joseph Planning Commission Minutes
February l, 1982
Members present: Tom Nahan, Art Budde, Ben Kremer, Phil Durkee,
S. Kathleen Kalinowski, Hub Klein
Visitors: Mike Husen
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
A motion was made by Tom Nahan to approve the Planning Commission
minutes for November 2 and December 7. The motion was seconded and
passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Art Budde to retain the present officers of
the Planning Commsssion for 1982:
Chairperson-- Ben Kremer
Vice Chairperson-- Tom Nahan
Secretary-- Phil Durkee
The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The proposed zoning designations for the Official City Map were
reviewed and discussed. The long-range future construction of a
minor arterial at 11th avenue and its implications were discussed.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
