Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
March 1, 1982
I Members present: Hub Klein, Tom Nahan, Ben Kremer, Phil Durkee,
S. Kathleen Kalinowski
Visitors: Mike Husen (Council laison)
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m.
The minutes of the Planning Commission meetings of Jan. 4 and Feb. 1
were read and approved.
Ollie Lesnick asked about the procedures for dividing the old Dr. Kelley
property into two pieces that might be sold. A couple of suggestions
were offered.
Jim Landwehr asked that a public hearing be scheduled for the pUrPOse
of considering his request to change the ownership designation and des-
cription on six new dwellings and lots that will comprise the Village
Townhouse Addition, Lot 7, Block 4, Cloverdale 2nd Addition. A motion
to approve a preliminary pl~t of the Townhouses was made by Hub Klein,
seconded and passed. The Commission gave approval for a public hearing.
