Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
August 2, 1982
Members Present: Ben Kremer, Hub Elien, Art Budde
Others Present: Hugo Weyrens, Herman Schneider, Steve Dehler, Mike Husen, Mike

The meeting was called to order at 7:)0 p.m.
The group discussed the draft of the zoning ordinance dealing with ecclesiastical
and educational districts. A motion was maàè by Bem Kremer to accept the draft
as written. The motion was seconded and paased unamimously.
. The group disscused the àection of the zoning ordinance relevamt to rental housing
for students. Proposals were made limit the number of aff-street parking
places *e~~wo places for each three persons and to increase the square footage
required for each µnit. The city council will make a final decision on the
changes.
