Ray Pfannenstein.
A fublic Hearing of the ßoaæd of Appeals of Adj:astments was called to order at:~
6:30 p.m. to consider a request for a variance in subdividing and replatting
the former Dr. Kelly property. One of the resulting lots would contain 9200
square feet. A motion was make to recommend to the City Counsil that a
variance be granted. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
A Public Hearing of the Commiss~nn was called to order at 7:30 p.m. to consider
a request fID~ a Special Use Permit to allow installation of addit±onal gas
pumps ID~ Krebsbach Chevrolet, Inc. on the east side of their present bl1siness.
A motion was ma&e by Hub Klein to recommend to the city council that a Special
UsePermi t be granted. The motion was seconàâd and passed umanimously.
A public Hearing of the Commission was called to order at 8:30 p.m. to consider
a request by Dave Hollander of Hollander's Country Store for a Bpecial Use
Permit to allow construction of a self-serve gas station to be located adjacent
to the store on the east and extending eastward for approximatley 100 feet.
Discussion ensued on the problem of access and egress to the service road in
front of Hollander's. Several complaints were ~oiced about access from Co.
75 in front of John Eich's home. Art Budde moved that the Commission recommend
to the Counsil that a Special Use Permit be granted to Dave Hollander. The
motion was seconàed and passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p.mp
