Hembers present: Art Budde, Ben Kremer, Phil Durkee, Hub Klein
Visitors: Rick Ahles, 'rim Conners, Brs. Conners, Don Pfannenstein,
Marge Pfannenstein
Heetin:~ \.¡as called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Rick Ahles asked whether it was possible to take a 10-foot wide strip
of land from the adjacent empty lot next to his house, add it to the
lot on which his house sits, and still permit required set-backs for
a new house on the empty lot. The plan appears to cause no problems.
The minutes from the special meeting on June 20 were read and approved
by a motion and vote.
The Conners and Pfannensteins inquired about ordinances and regulations
pertinent to opening a restaurant in the vacant Ffanncnstein building
next to the Cleaners. As far as the City is concerned, the parking
ordinance and sign ordinance are the only statutes that-are relevant.
Respectfully submitted,
Phillip Durkee
