Mïnutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
October 17, 1983
Members present: Hub Klein, Tom Nahan, Ben Kremer, Phil Durkee, S. Kathleen

Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
11r. Terry Schimdt presented the initial plat for Cedar Village II, Block
1, Lot 7 (Cloverdale Estates 2nd Addition). A motion was made by
Ben Kremer to recommend to the City Council that a Public Hearing be
held to discuss the plat. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
A second motion was made by Hub Klein to recommend to the City Council
the approval of the replatting of Cedar Village II, pending the outcome
of the Public Hearing. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Ben Kremer to recommend to the City Council the
approval of the final plat for the Clinton Village Addition. The motion
was seconded and passed unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
