Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
February 6, 1984
Members present: Hub Klein, Ben Kremer, Tom Nahan, Art Budde, Phil Durkee
Others present: Mike Peterson, Dale Kuklok, Bill Zenner
Meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
Peterson, Kuklok and Zenner from New Creation Developers presented a
site plan, building plan, architect's drawing, and samples of exterior
materials for the proposed 3 12-plexes to be built on Lots 1, 2, 3,
Blk 3, Cloverdale 2nd Addition. They also presented photographs of other
projects completed. Hub Klein moved that the plans be recommended for
approval. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
The Commission Minutes for January 9 were read and corrected as follows:
Tom Nahan was elected as Commission Vice-Chairperson for 1984.
