March 5, 1984
Members present: S. Kathleen Kalinowski, Art Budde, Ben Kremer, Tom Nahan,
Phil Durkee
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
A used car business is opening in St. Joseph adjacent to the El Paso Club~
It is called Joe-Town Auto. The owaers will need to contact the Planning
Commission to obtain a Special Use Permit.
The Minutes for February 6 were read and approved.
