Minutes of the st. Joseph Planning Commission
May, 23, 1984
Special Use Permit Hearing
Members Present: Art Budde, Tom Nahan, Hub Klein, Ben Kremer, Mike Husen.
Meeting called to order by Chairman Ben Kremer at 7:30 p.m.
One city property owner had some question regarding sign and repair
service. Mike Husen told Planning Commission that we could give okay
and sign state papers, if we come to an agreement on stipulations if any.
Motion made by Art Budde seconded by Tom Nahan that Planning Commission
recommend to City Council that special use permit be granted according
