l. Consideration of request for special use permit by Joe Town Auto to
;lllm17 a used car business north of the El Paso Club. Tom Botz and
Tom Gustafson were present.
MOTION by Art Budde and seconded by Tom Nahan:
To recommend to the Council the granting of a
special use permit to Tom Gustafson and Tom
Botz for a used car business. }Iotion carried.
The discussion revealed they are also licensed and insured for start-
ing cars. They agreed to clean up the site.
I 2. Dave pfannenstein previously requested that Lots 9 & 10 in Loso' s
~th Addition be replatted to allow for building on an alley. The
square footage will not change in the replatting. The lots are
l1m17 45 feet by 191 feet and will be 91 feet by 95 feet.
MOTION by Sister Kathleen Kalinowski and seconded
by Art Budde:
To recommend to the Council that Dave Pfannen-
stein be allowed to replat Lots 9 & lOin
Loso's 5th Addition located on 2nd Ave. N.E. ,
to provide two lots 91 feet by 95 feet.
