ST. JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION
July 18, ],984
Members Present: Hub Klein, Tom Nahan, Ben Kramer and Art Budde.
Members Absent: Sister Kathleen Kalinowski, Phil Durkee and Mike Husen,
Council Representative.
Others Present: Norm Gregerson.
A special meeting was held Wednesday, July 18, 1984 to consider a petition
submitted by Norm Gregerson and Al Greig to make a duplex out of the breeze-
way and garage of the property at 310 Highway 52. The property is presently
zoned as R-l and located between R-3 property.
A letter in opposition was submitted by Green Meadows Properties but since no
~ party was present from Green Meadows Properties and the signature on the letter
was illegible it was unclear as to what properties were owned by Green Meadows
__ Properties.
A motion was made by Hub Klein and seconded by Art Budde to recommend Council
to approve the rezoning request.
The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:30 p.m.
