JOSEPH PLANNING COMMISSION August 6, 1984 ~ Members Present: Ben Kramer, Sister Kathleen Kalinowski, Hub Klein, Tom Nahan Others Present: Roman Reber, Building Inspector, Albert Schindler 1. Motion was made to approve the Minutes of May 23 and July 2, 1984. Motion carried. 2. Albert Schindler would like to contruct a storage building behind his storage bUilding--the size being between 24 ft. x 34 ft., and 24 ft. x 36 ft. There is sufficient land to allow for meeting the setback requirements. The Planning Commission members concluded his plan for construction is in conformance with the Ordinance. '" 3. There was discussion of proposed amendments of sections 16.04, 16.06, 13.11 and 13.13 of the Ordinance. ... The City Attorney will be present at the next meeting to discuss further these proposed amendments. There was concern over the possibility of erecting large accessory buildings if the amendment were accepted which allows for construction on 40% of the required rear yard.
