HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986 [01] Jan 06 Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission January 6, 1986 :¡'1embers present: Hub Klein, Tom Nahan, Ben Kremer, Phil Durkee, Art Budde Others present: Ross Rieke (Council laison), Albert Watkins The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. The Minutes from December 2 were read and approved. Albert Watkins wants to open a new business operating out of his home at 30 E. Minnesota st. It will involve quasi-legal services as a patient agent, engineering consulting and prototype inventing. The house is owned by Margaret Meyer. The proposed bµsiness activity falls within the definition of home occupation. Albert wants to utilize an accessory building. This would require a special use permit and he will make application for the permit. Ross reported on the state of progress of establishing a bus shelter ~~~ for g~/SJU students neaf- ,~he EI Paso Club. Art Budde made a motion to continue the present officers of the Planning Commission for 1986. They include the following: Chairperson-- Ben Kremer, Vice-Chairperson-Tom Nahan, Secretary-Phil Durkee.
