Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
April 7, 1986
Members present: Hub Klein, Tom Nahan, Ben Kremer, Phil Durkee, Art Budde
Others present: Ross Rieke (Council laison), Mark Lambert
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m.
The Minutes from February 3 ,.,ere read and approved. No mesting was held in March
due to lack of business.
Mark Lambert, O\'lner of property at 127 E. Cedar Street near Ace Hardware and
adjacent to John Eick, inquired about obtaining a Special Use permit to build
a modular home on Lot 4, Block 16, Auditor's Subdivision 9, which is behind the
Gohman Lot. Lot 4 is a land-locked lot because Date Street is not extended. It
,.¡ould be æcessed by a driveway from Cedar Street. Mark indicated he will apply
for a Special Use permit.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
