Hinutes of st. Joseph Planning Commission
June 2, 1986
Members present: S. Kathleen Kalinowski, Phil Durkee, Ben Kremer,
Tom Nahan, Hub Klein

The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m.
Minutes from April 7 were read and approved. No Minutes from May 5
were recorded because no business was transacted although the
Commission met expecting some business to be presented.
A new amendment to stearns County Ordinance #l06 concerning newly
platted property and soil conditions which provide for suitable
sewage treatment systems was read to the Commission.
Gene Scherer inquired about procedures for rezoning to commercial
his property at 1007 E. Minnesota St. (1.75 acres of NVÄ S~ lying
N'ly of HWY 52 - Section 10). For taxation purposes the parcel is
classified as vacant land. Confusion arose about whether the
parcel is actually in the City and what zoning it now has.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
