The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m.
The minutes from Aug. 4 were read and approved.
Jim Krebsbach presented a proposal for the construction of new
bulk fuel tanks on a site located north of Co 75 and adjacent
to the former Grill and Cone" restaurant. The 2.9-acre section
would require grading and the construction a.f a road. Six tanks
(each 11' by 27' and 19,000 gal.) would be constructed on a clay
floor which would be impervious to leaks and surrounded by a
clay dike. The diked area would be 85' by 47'. A warehouse
would be constructed beside the storage area. Jim wants a special \.Ise
permit for construction of the tanks and storage area, and a
variance in the sign ordinance to allow construction of a bill-
board on the prop:erty.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
