Minutes of St. Joseph Planning Commission
I January 5, 1987
Members present: Art Budde, Phil Durkee, Ben Kremer, Tom Nahan
Others present: Ross Rieke (Council laison), Blb Reber, Mike Deutz,
Glen and Dorothy Deutz
Ben called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.
Tom moved to approve the minutes of December 1. The motion was seconded
and passed.
Mike Deutz inquired about precedures for a permit to build an auto body
shop on the property adjacent to the car wash north of Co 75 in Loso's
Addition. He intends to apply for a special use permit at the February
meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:)0 p.m.
