Didley's restaurant. It would be used for storage and additional seating.
The expansion would eliminate five parking spaces beside the alley, but

Dale Salo presented a pre .~ naæy plat of Outlet A, Cloverdale Estates,
2nd Addition. A rezoning hearing was not held because the annexation
procedure allows for Outlot A to enter the City with R-1 zoning. Resi-
dents near the Addition expressed concern about the large amount of traffic
that would eventually flow on 9th Ave. S.E. to Minnesota St. Some residents
expressed concern about the drainage flow to the south and west of the
Addition and the effect on residents to the west. Residents along 7th Ave.
S.E. in the Township inquired about the condition and maintenance of Dale
St. and Callaway Drive that would enter the Addition from the west. A
Township council member said that the Township had no responsibilty to
maintain those streets outside the Addition. The residents along 7th Ave.
will remain in the Township unless they petition to enter the City. Mr.
Salo made changes in the preliminary plat to accommodate the recommendations
of the Commission.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
