I Minutes of St. Joseph Plam1ing Commission
November 2, 1987
Members present: S. Kathleen Kalinowski, Art :Budde, Phil Durkee,
Ben Kremer, Tom Nahan, Hub Klein.
No visitors
Ben called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m.
The Commission discussed a couple of recent violations of the city
ordinance. One was the granting of a building permi t for a garage
that extends on an easement. Another was allowing Bene Scherer to
build an additional building beside his old accessory building
without tearing the old building down. The Commission feels that
more careful attention should be given to verifying that all
construction conforms to city statutes.
The Minutes from Sept. 21 and Oct. 5 were read and approved.
The meèting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
